Gold trading volume for January-October period hits $1.42 billion

Gold trading volume for the January-October period this year already surpassed the total annual trading volume of last year, according to data from the Korea Gold Exchange. As of the end of October, this year's gold trading volume stood at 1.96 trillion won ($1.42 billion), outpacing the annual trading volume of 1.13 trillion won last year.
