KEFI Gold reiterates Tulu Kapi development plans

KEFI Gold has reiterated that the remaining finance syndicate approval processes are on track for final (conditional) approvals this month, while project launch preparations have commenced at the site.

Ethiopia's Prime Minister visited the area last week to demonstrate the importance of, and his support for, the regional developments at Tulu Kapi and other projects elsewhere, aid the junior.

In Saudi Arabia, joint venture company GMCO is evaluating alternative development scenarios while seeking lower-cost solutions for inputs like water and power.

“GMCO plans to then select its preferred development scenario,” KEFI said in a statement.

At Hawiah, infill-drilling programme and development studies are progressing, it added.
