It’s a WIN: 99% gold recovery confirmed at Radio

Thu Aug 13 2026

Win Metals (ASX:WIN) reports metallurgical testwork has confirmed gold recovery rates exceeding 95% at its Radio Gold Project in Western Australia. Using two bulk composite samples across the Radio and Repeater mineralisation bodies, the testwork demonstrated 24-hour combined gravity and leach extraction values of 98.60% to 99.0% at a P80 grind size of 75 microns.

Head grades ranged from 2.90 to 4.40 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au). Bulk gravity testing yielded 63% to 76% gravity gold content, with stage one gravity recoverable gold testing indicating 75% to 81% recovery rates.

Managing Director Steve Norregaard says the results ‘firmly’ positions WIN to progress Radio towards a development decision in the near future, with the goal of transforming the company into a “cash-generating gold producer”.

Located 8km north of Bullfinch and 38km northwest of Southern Cross, Radio historically produced about 71,000 ounces of Au at an average grade of 38g/t Au. The 2026 mineral resource estimate totals 366,000 tonnes at 4.22g/t Au for 49,600 contained ounces, comprising 200,000 tonnes at 4.0g/t Au indicated and 166,000 tonnes at 4.5g/t Au inferred.

WIN says it expects to release restart study outcomes shortly. WIN Metals is an Australian mineral explorer with a portfolio of nickel, gold, and lithium assets across the Southern Goldfields and Kimberley regions of WA.
